[Gluster-users] Survey of GlusterFS implementation details?

I have a questionnaire (google form) that could be used for this. 

Right now, the form asks high level things like; 
- glusterfs version 
- node count 
- capacity 
- protocols in use 
- workload type 

I would be simple to extend to cover the additional items that Alan and Carlos have mentioned. 

Let me know if you guys are happy with this approach. 

Personally, I'd like to see this become an annual data point to track how we use gluster over time.
