You might not have noticed but the Linux Advanced Routing and Traffic Control HOW-TO webpage (http://www.lartc.org/) seems to have been taken offline.

As a result, you’ve got a broken link on this page - https://www.gluster.org/first-release-of-puppet-shorewall/

Perhaps you could swap out the link for this guide to LARTC (http://comparitech.net/lartc) instead? It also includes guidance on alternative methods in case people are interested.
