There are a few of us who review and edit the wiki on a regular basis. 

A good way to make sure people see it is to 1) link to it from a prominent page on the wiki and 2) send a note out to this list asking for review and comment.

You can also post drafts on your user page and ask for reviews there before posting it "live" on the wiki.
