[Gluster-devel] Release 3.10.7: Preparing for the release on 30th October

3.10.7 has been tagged and release tarball generated. As the respective 
builds for various distributions are made ready, we will announce the 
same to the users list as well.

Here [1] is the release note for the same.

Release 3.10.8 will be on the 30th of November.
