The arbiter was upgraded.
1 file never got healed and I removed it from the arbiter - so this one is
fixed.

2 volumes show heal is pending for "/" as follows:

[root at ovirt1 /]# gluster volume heal data_fast2 info

Number of entries possibly healing: 0

Once I resolve this one , I will proceed with the update of the 2 data nodes.
