--- Comment #1 from Jeff Bischoff <jeff.bischoff at turbonomic.com> ---
Description of problem:
Various pods (for example Heketi) in our Kubernetes cluster enter an infinite
crash loop. It seems to be an issue with the gluster mounts. The error message
always contains "file exists"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.1.7

How reproducible:
No known steps to reproduce, but it happens every few days in multiple
environments that we are running.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Kubernetes environment is healthy, with working gluster mounts
2. Various containers enter a crash loop, with "file exists" error message
The bricks appear to be offline at this point.

Actual results:
Gluster mounts seem to fail and never recover.

Expected results:
Gluster mounts are stable, or at least automatically remount after a failure.
