Hi, I ran into the same problem.
Checked the syslog on the k3s host node:

#tail -f /var/log/syslog

shows

May  8 16:26:53 k3s-node2 k3s[922]: E0508 16:26:53.466167     922
desired_state_of_world_populator.go:298] Failed to add volume "heketi-storage"
(specName: "heketi-storage") for pod "9a3ec318-718e-11e9-9557-3e1cb9b46815" to
desiredStateOfWorld. err=failed to get Plugin from volumeSpec for volume
"heketi-storage" err=no volume plugin matched

I guess we are missing something in the k3s agent node.
