Description of problem:
On fedora 29 upgrade glusterfs from 4.1.7 to 4.1.8 failed becase fo missing/bad
rpm signiatures.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
GlusterFS 4.1.8 on Fedora 29 

How reproducible:
Installed glusterfs 4.1.7 earlier from
https://download.gluster.org/pub/gluster/glusterfs/4.1/ repo. Now upgrade to
4.1.8 failes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora 29 Workstation
2. Disable glusterfs* packages from base/updates
3. Setup repo glusterfs-41-fedora as follows:

cat /etc/yum.repos.d/glusterfs-41-fedora.repo
