If patch https://review.gluster.org/16614/ is accepted in 3.10, then I wouldn't
say anything about the disperse.cpu-extensions workaround but add a comment
stating that in some cases (basically if /usr/libexec/glusterfs doesn't exist
or if it's not writable by the process using the volume) the disperse volumes
won't use the any acceleration (it will fallback to the same computation method
used in 3.8 and earlier).

Not sure how to word it or how many details to tell.
