Description of problem:
for cases such as umount return success and glusterfs process still not quit,
stop-all-gluster-processes.sh should handle this to do a force action

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.8

Actual results:
after executing stop-all-gluster-processes.sh we still see mount process

Expected results:
clean mount process as well
