 I tried to analysis the code, in my opinion, the function
glusterd_store_retrieve_bricks（） needs to get remote hostname's peerinfo， but
at this time has not call glusterd_store_retrieve_peers（）, so  glusterd restart
failed.  I adjust the call sequence about glusterd_store_retrieve_volumes() and
 glusterd_store_retrieve_peers() in glusterd_restore(),after this modification，
glusterd restart OK.
    Why retrieve_volumes before retrieve_peers?  Whether there are other
reasons?
