You can easily reproduce this errors with clean Debian Jessie and steps from
the first message.

btw. i cannot install latest glusterfs-server 3.6.9-1 from
'download.gluster.org' to Debian Jessie because of unmet dependencies which
exist only in Debian Stretch.
