Hosting for UNCC: 
We are currently running our VMs through Oracle VirtualBox, running Ubuntu
16.04 64 Bit, with 4 GB RAM, 8 GB Storage.
However, we are getting warnings that we are low on storage, so we'd recommend
probably going to 16 GB.
