Description of problem:

Current SYNCOP framework doesn't provide any APIs to set 'lkowner' in the
(lock) requests sent to the server.

This support is needed for the clients to set and send unique owners for the
various locks taken on a file, so that the glusterfs-server can treat them as
being locks from different owners.
