Description of problem:
Package ship /var/run/gluster, but after a reboot, the folder is wiped, and rpm
-Va show a error.

I think the policy mandate the use of a tmpfiles.d snippet for that.

$ rpm -qf /var/run/gluster
glusterfs-3.5.3-1.fc21.x86_64
