Sushant,
    Could you please enable 'volume profile' and re-run these tests? paste
volume profile output in the comments, lets take a look at it. DHT does
truncates the destination file to the size of the source file and then starts
read from source and write to destination. AFR tries to perform fsyncs in
non-appending writes in some cases. Lets take a look at how much those fsyncs
are affecting the performance if at all. It may also be nice to know how much
time crawling is adding in case of small file rebalance.
