This bug is for the nagios plugin. The ovirt network statistics will need to be
enhanced in vdsm, and I could log a separate bug for that.
Because irrespective of whether it's present in oVirt, we need to add to nagios
plugin as well, to cater to use case where Nagios is deployed without oVirt.
