After discussion with Manoj and Nithya triggered another rebalance on the same
configuration to check the time spent in crawl.

Here is the stat of rebalance.

This process involved few migrations also(mostly because of rebalance layout
optimization conflicts). This process took around 56 minutes(~1hr).
