[Gluster-Maintainers] following up on the release 8 release notes topic

We talked about tracking the topics being proposed into the RN through
an issue. We now have https://github.com/gluster/glusterfs/issues/813
(thanks Amar for adding the label etc) I'm hoping that this allows for
more topics to be highlighted along with PRs or, issues they are
addressing.

I'll be working with Amar to review the user reported bugs and the
commits pointed out by Aravinda to ascertain if some are likely
candidates to talk about.
