[Gluster-Maintainers] Release 4.0: GD2 tag for RC0 on 31st Jan

Hi Kaushal (GD2 team),

I think you have already provided a tag/tarball of GD2 to coincide with
the 31st Jan RC) build for 4.0.

Request you to post the same to maintainers and packagers, so that we
have the detail in the mails. Also, if not tagged for RC0 then request
that be done and posted to the lists :)
