[Gluster-Maintainers] [Gluster-devel] IMP: Release 3.10 beta1 tagging (day-to-day slip and updates)

Release notes are still pending, other comments *inline*.

Tomorrow we will release beta1 for the package maintainers to roll out 
the packages.

Thanks Xavi, looks like Jeff has addressed your comments, so if you get 
a chance, score this again (or as per your last comment where you had no 
major exceptions to the patch we will take it in)

Thanks Kaleb, Nithya for the release notes. I am still awaiting the same 
from others, please respond, I am waiting one last day for this before 
rolling with commit messages and my understanding of the feature into 
the release notes.
