[Gluster-Maintainers] glusterfs-3.8: User understandable release note needed for new CLI command for ESH

The patch on master has been reviewed just now. There is one comment I need
to address.
I'll also be adding a .t and resubmitting the patch. When the patch on
master gets a +1, I'll
do the backport. So maybe EOD or by tomorrow afternoon in the worst case?
