[heketi-devel] newly cloned heketi repository fails to build on Fedora 28

Hi,

John found out that there is a problem with Docker containers getting
build on Fedora 28. This has been reported in
https://github.com/heketi/heketi/issues/1186

While looking into this problem, it seems that this is caused by
combining

- glide 0.12.1
- nested vendor directories
- golang 1.10

Updating to the latest glide release (0.13.1) is not sufficient to have
this problem fixed. Instead, several additional patches need to get
added to the 0.13.1 before it works again on Fedora 28. More details are
in https://github.com/heketi/heketi/issues/1186#issuecomment-389817462
and that contains a link to patches RPMs for Fedora 28 (x86_64).
