[heketi-devel] Heketi and GlusterFS Container versions

heketi v4 CAN backup to a secret, but this is not default behavior and
we don't configure for it in gluster-kubernetes. Kube secrets have a
maximum size of about 1MB, and the heketi DB can easily grow past that
size.
