[heketi-devel] Heketi and GlusterFS Container versions

The gluster-kubernetes project uses the latest images of heketi and
GlusterFS from Docker Hub. :) These are 'heketi/heketi:dev' and
'gluster/gluster-centos:latest' respectively.
