[heketi-devel] Preparation for Release 5

Hi all,
  In preparation for Release 5, I have created a branch called 'release/5'
and a new docker container is now available called 'heketi/heketi:5'.
Please try it out and provide any feedback here or on GitHub. I would like
to release Release 5 either next week or the week after.

FYI. For some reason, there is a layer in the container which is over 800MB
big. I will investigate this during the week.
