[heketi-devel] GlusterFS Service and Endpoints

Hey Humble,

As part of the output of setup-openshift-heketi-storage, we setup a
Service and Endpoints for GlusterFS. As I understand it, are these
needed by the volume plugin for GlusterFS? If so, can they be created
outside of the  setup-openshift-heketi-storage function, e.g. as
separate "kubectl create" calls prior to the heketi deployment?
