I could see required patches part of above stable versions. Please let
us know your GlusterFS volume and Samba configurations.

There is certainly no need to use words like this to address work done
by community.

Can you confirm the last Samba version with which it was working as

Sad to hear that an update caused some basic functionality breakage but
be patient enough to let us debug the problem.
