[Gluster-users] Code of Conduct Update

We've updated the code of conduct for Gluster to be more clear, it's
now based off the Contributor's Covenant 1.4.

This is the same Code of Conduct that many other communities have
adopted (https://www.contributor-covenant.org/adopters).
