If you have used the same hostname for peer probing the cluster then here
it goes:
1. You'd need to bring down all the glusterd instances in the cluster.
2. Find out the hostname entries in /var/lib/glusterd/* and replace them
with the new hostname.
3. Bring up glusterd instances one after another.
