Fine. So we can take out the involvement of RDMA from the picture.

Can you also please check errors inside glusterd log file? If you can't
find any error messages there, try increasing the log level to DEBUG by
adding "-L DEBUG" option while starting glusterd and check for any
abnormal messages?
