This is a known issue 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1251915 and is being worked 
on. The quorum-type is indeed auto by default for replica 3 volumes 
(including arbiter) - it is just that `volume get` doesn't reflect it 
correctly.
