Hi there,
I'm looking for help to debug an issue with glusterfs. I've create a
volume (replica 2), 8 bricks. I started it, mounted it, and started
copying data on it.
Then, I stopped it and added two bricks on it (replica 2). Volume info
has properly given me 10 bricks (2 x 5).
Then, I issued a rebalance command, that obvisouly failed because I
forgot to start volume again.
I tried to start the volume, and it always fails to start now.
gluster gives no info about why it fails.
cli.log gives:
[2014-03-05 10:42:32.590657] I
[cli-rpc-ops.c:1100:gf_cli_start_volume_cbk] 0-cli: Received resp to
start volume
[2014-03-05 10:42:32.590719] W [cli-rl.c:106:cli_rl_process_line]
0-glusterfs: failed to process line
No other log is giving data.
I'm using:
$ gluster --version
glusterfs 3.4.2 built on Jan 3 2014 11:37:02
on Debian Testing.
I'm looking for either a way to debug it, to properly start it, or to at
least recover data...
Regards,
P. Schweitzer
