I usually use rhs-high-throughput.  I am not sure which versions of tuned have this profile but I am running tuned-0.2.19-11.el6.1.noarch, I am pretty sure you can grab the srpm here:

http://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/linux/enterprise/6Server/en/os/SRPMS/
