oVirt on CentOS: http://wiki.dreyou.org/dokuwiki/doku.php/ovirt_rpm_start
Gluster storage is very easily managed from a command line utility. The
majority of sysadmins I speak with wouldn't use a pretty gui anyway so I
suspect the dev team just lost as much interest as the community did.
From my own perspective, as a volunteer in the irc channel that offers
support over my nearly every waking hour, I've never seen the quality of
support questions drop more than when people started discovering the
gmc. Keeping good people around when the questions are annoying is
problematic at best.
There has been some interest, however, in having a pretty gui. NuxRo
(www.nux.ro) from the IRC channel has contacted Jamie Cameron from the
Webmin project about adding support there. You might try following up
with them.
