Hiya John,
I am a Gluster fan and like to test glusterfs on 32bit Ubuntu installations.
This is great news that you are on the Gluster team!
I have yet to place any of my 32bit glusterfs compilations onto a
production environment because this is not supported by the devs and
is mainly untested by the majority of users.
As such, I do worry about implementing it!
So this is awesome news as the possibility of someone starting a group
dedicated to helping each other within a 32bit community is within
reach.
(Reason for 32 bit: Virtuali[s|z]ation - 32 Bit Guests on Xen can out
perform their 64 Bit cousins hosted on a 64 Bit hypervisor).
I for one look forward to seeing Gluster becoming more 'open' than
ever before with yourself bridging the gaps between (and encouraging)
communities!
Martin

You'll see me out and about on the internets, as well as at conferences and other events. Should you feel the urge to create a user group, start a discussion on this list, or create your own space somewhere on gluster.org - please let me know. I want everyone to feel like they have all the tools they need to do what they want to do. That's my job. Some of you may have already met me on IRC or elsewhere, and I hope to hear from a lot more of you soon.

There's a lot going on, and it's going to be a lot of fun - here's to a GlusterFS world.
