Yes. In this case the file path was as I said before (/var/www/mysite/content/username/images/image.gif), but this error message only shows the path relative to the gluster root:

[2011-01-21 13:17:10.96096] W [fuse-bridge.c:570:fuse_fd_cbk] glusterfs-fuse: 6226688: OPEN() /username/images/image.gif => -1 (No such file or directory)

Since switching to rsync from the backing store, I've not had a single error. Seems like it must be either a fuse or a gluster problem.
