I you mean to ask whether gluster server and clients can run in VMs on XEN, then the answer is yes. Is that what you meant ?

I'm sorry but I have no experience with xensever, but I have seen alot 
of talk with reference to xenserver on the mailing list.  You might want 
to check the archives.
