[Gluster-infra] Centos8 instance is now available on softserve

Hi everyone,

We have added an option on Softserve[1] to self-provision the centos8
instance. It would help in debugging the centos8 related regression
failures[2].

Also, please keep on updating the issue[3] if there is any
improvement/change fixing the failing test suite.
