[Gluster-infra] Change-Id links in Gerrit are malfunctioning

Hi,

The Change-Id links that are generated by Gerrit in the commit message
of patches is not working anymore. Clicking the link results in a page
containing:

  The page you requested was not found, or you do not have permission to
  view this page.

Copy/pasting the Change-Id in the search box works fine though.

The difference in the links seems to be this:

  http://review.gluster.org/#q,I166412a271576f2344aecec94c7835f0fe9b1cf3
  http://review.gluster.org/#/q/I166412a271576f2344aecec94c7835f0fe9b1cf3

Could someone fix the Gerrit config for this please?
