[Gluster-infra] Access to gerrit hooks

Hi,

Nandaja and myself are automating the Bug automation developer workflow[1].
We have updated the gerrit hooks[2] as part of this automation. We want
access to where this hooks are executed(or the place where this events get
executed). Since, the hooks are not yet tested, it would be better to test
before executing them in the original workflow.
