[Gluster-infra] Request for "edit topic" privilege in Gerrit

Hi,

could I get the "edit topic" privilege in Gerrit? Sometimes we get
patches that are filed as rfc for which I update the commit message to
include the appropriate BUG-tag. But only the owner (or admins?) is
allowed to change the topic from "rfc" to something else. It would be
nice if I can set the correct topic too.
