[Gluster-infra] removal of docs.cloud.gluster.org

Hi,

Since docs.cloud.gluster.org seems to be unused ( I just connected to
it, and nothing but ssh is running, and no one is taking care of upgrade
since 5 months ), I am gonna shut it down in 2 days, and erase it in 1
week.
