Actually, misc checked the FreeBSD builder and sqlite is available
there. The building of libgfdb and ChangeTimeRecorder was not done
correctly, http://review.gluster.org/9946 should fix that.

Once that change has been merged, the voting by the smoke test can be
enabled again.
