This is still not available on the FreeBSD slave(s) and causes the smoke
test to fail.

Nobody stepped up to install sqlite on FreeBSD, so I have now disabled
the voting by FreeBSD on the smoke test. Once sqlite is available on the
FreeBSD Jenkins slaves, you can re-enable the voting with these steps:

1. go to http://build.gluster.org/job/freebsd-smoke/configure
2. click [advanced] at the Gerrit trigger
3. uncheck the "[v] failed" checkbox
4. click [save] on the bottom of the page
