Hey Deb,

Liked your blog post. Thanks for the write up. I have couple of 
feedbacks. it is good to go with new communications tools, but we need 
keep in mind we dont have enough human resource to manage them. So we 
should find out a new ways to manage them without much human 
intervention or with less effort.
