[Gluster-infra] Revamping GlusterFS website for expanded participation

Excellent! There have been plenty of calls to redo the website, but I've never seen goals so clearly stated. That's always left me feeling like it was change for the sake of change; something I do not condone.

Any thoughts on how to test changes and measure effectiveness?
