[Gluster-infra] Revamping GlusterFS website for expanded participation

Hey Guys,

I just wrote a blog post on GlusterFS project website renovation:

The post is targeted for GlusterFS project, but is kept generic enough 
so that other FLOSS project also can have something to relate to.

There are many discussions left open in the post, hence feel free to
