Slaves 23, 26, and 28 weren't responding (even after reboots), so they've
been rebuilt.  We should be all good for "sufficient nodes" for regression
testing ATM.

The NetBSD 7 regression testing isn't looking happy though, but it's not a
blocker atm and I'm sure Manu will get it sorted soonish. :)
