[Gluster-infra] Jenkins fedora 22 slave ready for wider test

The builder build fine, but there is a issue related to glupy. If people
want to check, it is in jenkins :
https://build.gluster.org/job/smoke_test_fedora/

My goal is to make sure that the build are not run as root, just as
regular user.
